after shed though she get’s really bright orange, with a nice yellow, and two greenish looking stripes going down her back. its wierd, and sometime’s she looks dark ass brown
@killakev0491 your beardie should be fine they change colour depending on how much heat they want to absorb, sometimes bringing out patterns you will not always see. Generally the darker they are the more heat they recquire
how can you call your self an expert for one there is no cooler side to the tank there is no hiding places incase it does get to hot and your tank is far to small and by the looks your using a merc uv bulb which gives off enough heat and your using a heat bulb as well now you really should be using either the one bulb or a heat bulb and a uv tube please sort your tank out before you kill your beardie

i cant take him out at all mine just bolts and i have to chase him down. one day he went into the bushes and it took me an hour to find him.
…no way 8inch. beardie would eat 50-60 crickets a day,… 8 inch. dragon is about 1 month old, and up to 60% of their body-lengh at this age is tail- it is not possible for any animal of this size to eat that much, this 60 crickets would be a size of 2 or 3 beardies like that…
